We believe that applying should be easy. That's why we have Certified Application Assistants available to help you complete the application process with ease. Our Certified Application Assistants are located throughout Kern County and are available to help you. Find a Certified Application Assistant near you!

Your children could be eligible if:

• They are between the ages 0-18
• They are Kern County Residents
• You meet the income requirements listed below

Easy 1-2-3 Application Process
1.	Make a phone call: 1-866-863-0640
2.	Talk to someone who speaks your language – they will help you determine which program covers your child and refer you to a Certified Application Assistant
3.	The Certified Application Assistant will personally help you complete an application.
